Problem

"The 'investinbmc.com' project presented significant challenges, particularly as my first professional undertaking at TWD. It demanded rapid skill acquisition, especially in digital drawing, while navigating the complexities of remote collaboration and understanding the nuanced needs of a foreign client operating in Banteay Meanchey. Balancing the pressure of a debut project with the necessity for cultural sensitivity, accurate local market comprehension, and effective cross-cultural communication was crucial, all while striving to deliver a high-quality, impactful website."

Solution

Effective Communication Strategies: Utilizing clear and concise communication channels, such as regular video calls and detailed written documentation. Actively seeking feedback and clarification from the client to ensure alignment. Rapid Prototyping and Iteration: Employing agile design methodologies to quickly create prototypes and iterate based on client feedback. Prioritizing essential features and functionalities to meet the deadline.
